Patients can continue to access services at Crocus Medical Practice Radwinter Road, Saffron Walden.

If you require urgent medical assistance whilst the branch is closed, please contact the practice in the usual way.

When We Are Closed

If you require urgent medical assistance which is not life threatening but which cannot wait until the surgery re-opens, please ring NHS111 by dialling 111. 

A trained adviser will assess your call and redirect you to the most appropriate local services. This may involve sending your details to the out-of-hours service or advising you to contact a local pharmacy or to contact the surgery when we re-open. 

Calls to the NHS111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles.

If you have a life threatening medical emergency please call 999.
