Freedom of Information

Crocus Medical Practice is committed to openness and transparency in the way we work and provide services.

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, all public authorities, including GP practices, are required to maintain a Publication Scheme. This scheme is a guide to the information that the Practice routinely makes available to members of the public.

The Publication Scheme outlines the types of information we publish, how it can be accessed, and whether any charges may apply. Information included within the scheme may cover:

  • Details about the Practice and the services we provide
  • Practice policies and procedures
  • Information about our staff and organisational structure
  • Financial and administrative information
  • Patient information and service standards
  • Information relating to complaints, governance, and performance

Our aim is to make information readily available wherever possible, promoting transparency and helping patients understand how the Practice operates.

If you cannot find the information you require within our Publication Scheme, you may make a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Requests will be considered and responded to in accordance with the Act and applicable guidance.

For further information or to request a copy of the Practice Publication Scheme, please contact the Practice.
